21 to 99 Years
Young Drivers Age: 18 to 20 Years Charge 9 EUR per Day Includes 27% Tax
Customers who fall outside the age limitations will not be able to rent a car unless there is a young or senior driver fee specified in this section. Please note that, if applicable, this fee will be included in the rental price and will be payable on arrival at the rental desk in the local currency.
Travel Restrictions
The vehicle can be taken out of the country only with a written permission issued by Budget Hungary into countries of Schengen area (except Greece); Croatia and Switzerland.
The cross border fee is EUR 30 per rental.
Bosnia-Herzegovina, Montenegro, Romania and Serbia can only be visited by paying an additional cost beside cross border fee:
Car groups E, J, and L are not allowed to be taken into these countries.
Car groups A, B, F, N and H: EUR 50.00 per rental
Car groups: C, D, G, I, K, M, O and P: EUR 130.00 per rental
All other countries are prohibited to enter.
