Pay cash is impossible. A debit card would need to have enough for the deposit.

Click on this link and it will open an additional smaller window, where the terms and conditions appertaining to that particular car at your chosen location are displayed.

You are right the first supplier, Acer it does not say. 800 euro deposit I see for. AIDA, but I would recommend you search a few different suppliers!
