Upon exiting the arrivals gate turn to the right and follow the signs to the car rental area. After visiting the Alamo counter continue right 20 meters to the shuttle station. There will be a shuttle approximately every 15 minutes to the rental car pick up area.

Young Drivers Age: 21 to 24 Years Charge 60 CHF per Day Includes 8% Tax
Customers who fall outside the age limitations will not be able to rent a car unless there is a young or senior driver fee specified in this section. Please note that, if applicable, this fee will be included in the rental price and will be payable on arrival at the rental desk in the local currency.
Travel Restrictions
Cross border travel is permitted into Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden only.

A penalty fee of 5000 CHF will apply for the unauthorized drop of the rental vehicle in a country prohibited for cross border travel.
A penalty fee of 3000 CHF will apply for an unauthorized drop of the rental vehicle in a country other than the country of rental origin.
