I did not receive any emails, but my credit card has been charged. And what about the confirmation emails?

You better check your spam junk folder because you cannot collect the car without the voucher and that was emailed to you. I send you the voucher link again. Follow the link and then click on "MANAGE MY BOOKING".

OK. I will also use the "manage Booking" tab to change the name.

In future I would use another email address rather than Yahoo they are very unreliable.
