Car hire pick up Bilbao en return at Ferry Port possible

I wanted to hire ac car like a Seat Ibiza at Bilbao City Centre and drop off at Bilbao Port, is this possible?

I had a look for you, it seems there are no car rental suppliers located at the Ferry Port. The closest location is the Train Station. Rental car supplier National is located as nearest to the Station

I dont know where the pick up location is ...I'm in bilbao center at minute but can go to airport if necessary
